Hey you! It’s Sunday night again and it’s been a couple of days since I last wrote a post. There has been so many thoughts spinning around in my head lately and I have had such a hard time putting them into words. I feel like I’m in a place right now where things has to fall into place. I have so many new things on my table and it all takes a lot of energy and time to get things right. And I certainly haven’t got any good routines going yet. I try to plan my time efficiently but I constantly misjudge how much time things take.

This week I’ve had several meetings with potential customers and some of my already existing customers. I have projects going on creating websites, communication strategies for social media and also educations on social media. Thursday to Friday this week I’ve been in Lannavaara together with 9 other people from Gällivare. It was the first out of four network meetings in something called Gällivare’s Engaged Entrepreneurs. The first meeting was interesting, we talked about leadership and motivation. It’s a group of men and women, young and old, all smart and humble people. The discussions that took place on these two days were on point and diverse with many great ideas about how to contribute to the future of Gällivare.

We took a walk in the beautiful morning light in Lannavaara. We got to go out two and two and talk about the day before. An excellent way to get conversations going and get to know people a little better. Gorgeous light as well!

Even though I love the work that I do now, life is more than just work. These first months of being my own has been fun but also very tiring. I find it difficult to prioritize between longterm and short-term projects. Being your own is a lot of hard work and there’s many things I’ve have to do just in order to make enough money to pay the bills. I try to stop every now and then to reflect and think about the tings I do and why I do them.

It’s easy to get stuck in a ”have to” mentality – when really every step of the way is a choice. Some things I choose to do now so that I can do other things later on. Right now I am trying to create more time for creativity, reflections and learning, not only for me but for other people as well. I hope I can tell you more about that soon! 🙂 Until then, you can check out the latest of all my projects. Me and my friend Alice are starting a podcast about living in Gällivare, it’s called LEV! (live! like in: you have to live your life!) We’re releasing the first episode in the beginning of November and you’ll find it wherever you listen to podcasts. I’ll keep you posted!

It’s been a quiet, but well needed weekend

I did some work yesterday and then we’ve just spent the rest of this weekend at home. Erik has been tired, I think there might be a cold coming. Me and Erik made a Halloween pumpkin yesterday and we had friends over for dinner. We picked up food which was great. Sometimes you just want to hang out with friends without cooking for hours. Today I took a walk with Sky while the boys stayed at home. Then me and Erik was outside for a bit, playing in the snow before dinner. A nice quiet weekend with plenty of sleep and food. Well needed.

Beautiful Halloween teamed desserts made by Felicia, tasted just as good as they look ♡

As I’m writing this I’m sitting in the couch with my laptop and Markus is sitting by the kitchen table making music. I can hear the song he’s working on through his headphones. Another great song that’s about to see the world. I have had it on my mind since I first heard it and I can’t wait until I get to share it with all of you and the rest of the world. Recognize, their first song that was released in the beginning of October, has reached over 50 000 streams on Spotify and has made it onto several playlists all over the world. I’m so damn proud and impressed. If you like it, don’t forget to listen! ♡🙂

A photo I took of Markus while out shooting photos for Polarbearz earlier this fall.

Oh well, this was a long post about everything and nothing. And as usual it took me a little more than two hours to write it all. I’m such a slow thinker and writer sometimes. Hope you bare with me! I just want to tell you how glad I am that you keep coming back here. If you want to say Hi in a comment I would be thrilled! 🙂 ♡
