I have been a fitness instructor since 2010. My most popular (and fun!) classes are Zumba Fitness and Strong by Zumba. Spreading joy and happiness through my work outs and giving people some extra energy on the road is what I like most about teaching classes. Also it’s a great way to stay in shape and goof around. Can’t really say no to that, can you?

With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout.
