Those of you who follow me on Instagram and Facebook probably already know this, I have officially hired my first employee! Yay! It feels amazing to know that I now have someone to share ideas and thoughts with and someone who can do some of the work that I haven’t had time for. It’s a luxury to have too much work to do as an entrepreneur, and I think you have to take care of it while you’ve got it in order to build for the future.
Say hi to Emma! Employee of the year.
Emma started working with me on our event Träningsfesten. She did most of the updates on social media and was the one who created all the videos for us. Träningsfesten will be one of her projects this year as well, that and many more.
A lot of people have asked me if Emma will be working full time, and she won’t.
She’s got another full time job and will work with me on different projects and wherever I need help. But my business is going rather well at the moment (soft bragging is okay, right?) so hopefully she will be working full time soon. That’s the goal!
After less than a year as a full time entrepreneur, I am so happy to be able to do this. And I’m so happy that Emma wants to come join me. As my friend Jennifer and her colleague Sandra say in their new podcast – Don’t call it a dream – call it a plan! And that’s exactly what I am doing! You’ll probably see more of Emma in the future. 🙂
Don’t call it a dream, call it a plan!
By the way, if you haven’t listened to Jennifer and Sandras podcast about living abroad yet, I recommend you go listen to it ASAP. It’s in Swedish though and you get a real longing to go live abroad. Consider yourself warned!
